In plain words: here is what data of yours we hold, what we use it for and what you can do about it.
Who is responsible
No Lazy People (Ismael Romero). For anything about your data, write to [email protected].
What we collect and why
- Your email, if you leave it in the form: we use it to tell you about events and send the newsletter. Nothing else, and no spam.
- The details you give when registering for an event on Luma (name, email and whatever that event asks for): we use them to run the event (spots, reminders, check-in).
The legal basis is your consent: you gave it and you can withdraw it whenever you want.
Where that data lives
Both act as data processors and may host data in the United States under the EU standard contractual clauses. We never sell or share your data with anyone else.
How long we keep it
Until you unsubscribe (every email has its link) or ask us to delete it.
Your rights
Access, rectification, deletion, objection, restriction and portability. Write to [email protected] and we will sort it. If you think something is wrong, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
Cookies
Just one, technical and ours: nlp-lang, which remembers the language you chose. No third-party cookies, no ads, no analytics. That is why there is no cookie banner.
