In plain words: here is what data of yours we hold, what we use it for and what you can do about it.
Who is responsible

What we collect and why
- Your name, city and email, if you leave them in the form: we use them to tell you about events and send the newsletter. We also store the campaign source of your visit, when present, to understand how people discover No Lazy People. Nothing else, and no spam.
- The details you give when registering for an event on Luma (name, email and whatever that event asks for): we use them to run the event (spots, reminders, check-in).
PostHog gives us figures for visits, pages viewed, campaigns and submitted forms. It is configured without cookies, personal profiles or screen recordings.
The legal basis for the details you submit through forms is your consent: you gave it and you can withdraw it whenever you want.
Where that data lives
- Loops, our email tool.
- PostHog, for anonymous web analytics, with the project hosted in the European Union.
- Cloudflare, which hosts the website.
- Luma, the platform we run events on.
These services act as data processors and may process data outside the European Economic Area under the applicable safeguards. We never sell your data.
How long we keep it
Until you unsubscribe (every email has its link) or ask us to delete it.
Your rights
Access, rectification, deletion, objection, restriction and portability. Write to [email protected] and we will sort it. If you think something is wrong, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
Cookies and analytics
The technical nlp-lang cookie remembers the language you chose. Campaign attribution is kept temporarily while you navigate the tab so it can be submitted with the form. PostHog uses no cookies or browser storage, respects Do Not Track and creates no personal profiles. We use no advertising cookies.
